With equal parts shock and amazement, I realized recently — I've been in Manufacturing and the ERP world since 2005. 😲

It all started when my dad casually mentioned they were switching an old DOS based system to an ERP called VISUAL Manufacturing and would I help out for the implementation on contract...

Next thing I knew, I was knee-deep in a company's leap from dusty filing cabinets and clunky systems into the brave new world of ERP.

I dug in. I got it. And — plot twist — I loved it.

​​​​​​​​That small ask turned into a big passion. I became the go-to gal — the one people trusted to find answers, fix problems, and get things done. Over the years, I’ve grown into a role that lets me do what I love: contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced, ever-evolving ecosystem full of brilliant minds and bold ideas.

Now, I lead. I teach. I share what I’ve learned — sometimes the hard way — about ERP, about Business Central, and about guiding teams toward success. Here is a place where I hope to share it with an even wider reach which leads me to this space. It's my repository of presentations, FAQs, and thoughts from the trenches.
